Not only will you see the lobstermen off-load
their catch at the end of the day, you will have the opportunity to haul traps with Jim on the F/V Hunter James, or enjoy a sunset cruise around
Harpswell and Casco Bay.
We have a guest mooring available for
those of you who are travelling by boat.
There is water access for smaller boats and
kayaks as well. While visiting, you may decide
to paddle or cruise through the reversing falls
into Basin Cove.
Harpswell has a rocky coastline providing
tidepools for exploration. There are coves and
beaches for relaxing and taking in nature's beauty. Within a few miles are two different restaurants
that offer great food and views of Casco Bay...
or bring your fishing pole and catch your own dinner.
You can cast your line from the docks or from your boat.
If the thought of steamed lobsters fresh from the
